Export Type Auction Slides Generate a PPTX slideshow deck. Item Cards Generate PPTX item cards. Item Slips Generate the slip PDF and open the print flow. Manual Entry Sheet (PDF) Download an A4 portrait sheet for handwritten bidder and price recording. Auction Report (PDF) Download a multi-page summary report with metrics, tables, and charts for the whole auction. Bidder Report (PDF) Download a bidder-by-bidder payment and collection report with won lots and item photos. CSV Export Download auction data as CSV.

Items to Include All items Include every item in the auction. Unexported / Out of date items Only include items that have not been exported yet or have changed since the last export. Item number range Use a print-style range such as 1,3,4-9.

Item numbers

Numbers refer to item numbers, not database IDs.

Bidders to Include All bidders Include every bidder with one or more sold lots. Only bidders not paid in full Include bidders whose recorded payments are still below their total owed. Only bidders not collected Include bidders with one or more uncollected won items.
